I can’t comment on the original Tangkak Beef Noodle but this one in USJ 14 is indeed very good. The beef is tender and the soup is tasty. I think it must be the ‘ham choy’ (salty vegetable) that makes the difference. And not forgetting the specially made chili sauce as well. It has a bit of sourly taste that bring out the real good taste of beef.

Tangkak Beef Noodle in USJ 14
I can’t comment on the original Tangkak Beef Noodle but this one in USJ 14 is indeed very good. The beef is tender and the soup is tasty. I think it must be the ‘ham choy’ (salty vegetable) that makes the difference. And not forgetting the specially made chili sauce as well.
