The Ngau Lam is tender and the soup has the sweetness taste. I believe they must have stewed their soup with 'big bone' for long hour. This bowl of Ngau Lam is only RM4.00. The photo does not really show that there are more beef underneath the carrot. The portion is considered acceptable to the price.

The Ngau Lam is tender and the soup has the sweetness taste. I believe they must have stewed their soup with 'big bone' for long hour. This bowl of Ngau Lam is only RM4.00.
